Training Development Manager - New York

Description

  • Responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees
  • Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives
  • Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees
  • Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify program as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
  • Develop trainer development programs
  • Responsible for compliance measures to comply with quality assurance audits
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff

Requirements

  • Must have excellent written and verbal
    communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Extraordinary skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Must have an interest and desire to pursue a career in Human Resources
  • 1 -2 years in and HR environment or Recent graduate
