Training Development Manager - New York
Description
- Responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees
- Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives
- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees
- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify program as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Develop trainer development programs
- Responsible for compliance measures to comply with quality assurance audits
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff
Requirements
- Must have excellent written and verbal
communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
- Ability to prioritize workload and multitask
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Extraordinary skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Must have an interest and desire to pursue a career in Human Resources
- 1 -2 years in and HR environment or Recent graduate
