Business System Analyst/Implementation Consultant - New York
Description
- Develop and maintain business solutions for Human Resources utilizing ADP
- Proactively formulate ideas and recommendations for system improvements
- Consult with users to develop an understanding of business needs and support those needs using ADP and other related systems and tools
- Develop detailed business user requirements, system documentation and workflow procedures
- Oversee the operation of systems, including system configuration options, job schedules and interface design
- Conduct research and analysis into the nature, effect and results of system problems
- Review and approve requested system changes and develop detailed specifications for implementation, communicating system changes and issues to relevant constituents
- Ensure current and accurate system documentation; coordinate and/or perform testing of system modifications
- Develop or coordinate system training including educational tools and materials
- Develop custom reports to satisfy user requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of five years related experience and/or training
- Or master's degree (MA/MS) and a minimum of three years related experience and/or training
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five years experience with ADP HRB
- Minimum five years of overall IT systems experience
- Expert analytical and communication skills
- Proven experience with full-cycle business systems analysis, design and development projects
- Experience with PeopleSoft or SAP and related disciplines a plus
