TransPerfect employees understand innately that it is their obligation to conduct business within the guidelines of all applicable laws and regulations that govern the jurisdiction in which they are operating. However, we also understand that applicable laws do not adequately govern all areas of behavior. Further, as a global corporate entity, we recognize that laws and regulations vary internationally on a territory-by-territory basis. Therefore, TransPerfect has adopted its own Code of Ethical Business Conduct to govern its conduct around the world.
